Ethan Stanislawski (Massillon Jackson) 6'1 PG - With two Division One recruits on the roster, it could have been easy for Stanislawski to be just one of many pieces for the top ranked Polar Bears. Coach Debevec handed the reigns over to the junior guard at the beginning of this season after graduating some substantial leadership a year ago. Stanislawski hasn't made him regret it. He plays the game at a great pace and has learned how to pick his spots within the flow of the offense, taking advantage of catch-and-shoot opportunities as well as showing off an improved ability to create off the bounce. Stanislawski sees the floor as well as any guard in the area and can be Jackson's missing piece for a deep run in the next few weeks.

Brian Roberts (Copley) 5'8 PG - With a win on Friday, Copley will have a chance to lock in their second straight 22-0 season, the team is 45-1 in their last 46 contests. Roberts was moved up from JV last season and was able to share the success of last year's group but has been perhaps the most improved player in NEO this season. Averaging nearly 20ppg, the undersized guard has been a handful. His speed and tight handle have made it rather effortless to get space and knock down shots at a high efficiency. Roberts has been senior Austin Brenner's go-to-guy out in transition.

Alfonse Hale (Maple Heights) 5'10 PG - When he's rolling, there aren't too many guards in the area that can fill it up quite like Hale. A handful of recent 30-point performances in the last weeks are evidence of that. His instant offense has been a large part of Maple's breakout year, the Mustangs had cracked the Top 10 in both the NEO Spotlight and cleveland.com polls this season. Hale has been accompanied by senior Tyree Harris and backcourt running mate Marcus Kimmie to form a trio of playmakers throughout the season.

Dale Bonner (Shaker Heights) 6'1 CG - Bonner has transitioned smoothly into the point-guard role for a Shaker Heights team that has been plagued with untimely injuries and suspensions throughout the year. Bonner, along with J'Van Beasley, have given the Raiders some consistency heading into the postseason. Since December, Bonner's feel for the game has improved drastically and the combo guard has shown that he can score it when his number is called.

Delshawn Jackson (Cleveland Central Catholic) 6'0 CG - If you happened to be around in the summer, then you saw the instant chemistry that Alex Heath had with CCC and the returning group of Ironmen. His presence on the floor helped open the door for teammate Delshawn Jackson. Jackson, one of the best two-way guards in Cleveland, has flourished during his time playing off the ball and defending the opposition's top guards. In several games, Jackson has led the team in scoring all while maintaining his tough-nosed mentality on the other end of the floor.
