Our goal at NEO Spotlight is to provide you with the most well-rounded recruiting information pertaining to Ohio, a hotbed for high school hoops, and surrounding areas.

Reports only cover athletes in which we have personally evaluated. Potential prospects will be projected based on their best fit at the collegiate level.

This recruiting/scouting service has been approved in accordance with NCAA bylaws, policies, and procedures. NCAA Division I football and/or basketball coaches are permitted to subscribe to this recruiting/scouting service.

Each subscriber will be sent a login and password that will allow them to see a private section of the website where they will have access to:

•All Game Reports & Prospect Databases - All scouting reports and prospect information will be available with just a click. 

•Scouting Profiles  - Division 1 prospects in the junior and senior classes will have an individual profile page featuring: evaluations from the prior season, contact information, and a scouting video. 

•HS Team Schedules - Convenient way to track your current targets and where they will be playing throughout the season.

•Statewide Directory - A spreadsheet that contains the name and cell number/email address for virtually every high school coach in Ohio.

•Events - List of statewide and regional events during the high school season and Spring/Summer evaluation periods.
